Because our products are delivered digitally, we have a specific returns and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Digital Nature of Our Products

All of our products are delivered electronically (as licenses, online access, or downloadable content). Once a license is activated or access is granted, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same license twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate order.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 business days, you may request a full refund.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If we deliver the wrong license or content, we will correct it or provide a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product dissatisfaction after access has been used for study purposes
  • Issues caused by your internet connectivity, device compatibility, or other external factors not related to our platform
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. License Transfer & Cancellation

All licenses are for personal use only and are non-transferable. We do not allow license cancellations once they have been activated.
